Babylon, NY · Weight Loss Coach

Leave yourself no regrets

Lose the fat. Keep it off. Look good year round.

I'm Coach D — Keith Donnelly. I lost 80 pounds with no shortcuts, and now I build busy parents and total beginners the same thing that worked: training that fits your life and nutrition that never gives up the food you love.

Sound familiar

You've tried before. It didn't stick.

  1. Lost it, gained it back

Crash diets and 30-day challenges all end the same way: the weight comes home with you. The problem was never you — it was a plan built to end.

  2. Everyone else comes first

Work, kids, the house. By the time everyone else is handled, there's nothing left over — and your health is the first thing that drops.

  3. You hate dieting

Chicken, rice, veggies, fat-free yogurt, repeat. Nobody keeps that up. You should not have to eat food you hate to lose the weight.

The method

A healthy body is built in the kitchen first and the weight room second.

Training that fits

Compound and isolation resistance training on machines and free weights, taught step by step, with a solid base of cardiovascular health underneath it all.

Nutrition that's calculated

Your macros are carefully calculated and tracked for you, so you lose body fat and keep it off while still eating your favorite meals.

Support that doesn't lapse

Consistent check-ins and real accountability. Push yourself as hard as you possibly can — and finish every workout proud of the work you accomplished.

Proof

Be my next success story

I'm one year into coaching and building my roster here in Babylon. Founding clients get my full attention: a plan built around your schedule, and my personal cookbook of 40 recipes — breakfasts, main-course meal preps, sauces, and desserts.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

Where this ends

Three things you walk away with

Lose the body fat

A calculated deficit and training you can actually keep up — steady loss you can see in the mirror and on the scale.

Keep it off

Habits, tracking, and a maintenance plan. Not a 30-day fix that undoes itself the moment life gets busy.

Feel confident in your own skin

Look good year round and stop being self-conscious about your weight — in photos, at the pool, in your own clothes.

How it works

Four steps. No magic.

01 · Reach out

Tell me where you're starting from — the weight, the schedule, what you've already tried. The form takes two minutes.

02 · Get your plan

Training and nutrition calculated for your body and your calendar, with recipes out of my personal cookbook of 40.

03 · Do the work

Push yourself as hard as you possibly can. I show you every machine and every movement — you're never guessing in my gym.

04 · Keep it off

We track, adjust, and build the habits that hold the weight down for good — not just for the next eight weeks.

My why · Two twin girls

I was the guy who couldn't tie his shoes.

Keith Donnelly, Coach D, in the best shape of his life after losing 80 pounds
"None of my clothes fit, I could barely bend over to tie my shoes, and walking up the stairs made me out of breath." — That was me at 216 pounds, a new dad of twins, running on fast food and one hour of sleep. I lost the first 40 pounds on my own, then 40 more with real coaching behind me.

Coaching from the other side of it

I know exactly what it's like to start from zero, because I did. Now I'm completing my certified personal trainer license — with nutrition coach, strength and conditioning, and weight management specialist certifications right behind it — so I can be the support system for you that I needed when I was struggling.

Straight answers

The things you're already thinking

I've lost weight before and gained it back. Why would this time be different?

Because this time the plan doesn't end. Everything I build — the training, the calculated nutrition, the tracking — is designed for keeping it off, not for a before-and-after photo.

I hate dieting. Do I have to give up my favorite foods?

No. You lose body fat while still eating the food you love. My cookbook of 40 recipes — breakfasts, meal preps, sauces, and desserts — exists for exactly this reason.

I don't have the willpower for this.

Neither did I at 216 pounds. Willpower is not the plan — support structure is. I calculate, track, and adjust for you, so the hard decisions get made before you're tired and hungry.

I've never worked out before. Is this for beginners?

It's built for beginners. I teach every machine and every free-weight movement step by step, and we scale the work to what your body can do today.

How fast will I see results?

Fast enough to keep you honest, slow enough to keep it off. I lost my first 40 pounds with nutrition alone, and it stayed off because nothing about it was a crash.

Do you train online or in person?

Both. In person here in Babylon, NY, online wherever you are — and nutrition coaching runs either way.

Come home stronger.

Train for the people waiting at the door.
